1. Who we are

ELITE TOOLS STORE ("we", "us", "our") operates the website https://elitetoolz.store and the ELITEXBOT Telegram bot, where customers purchase premium digital subscriptions, software tools and account credentials. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, how we use and store it, who we share it with, how long we keep it, and what rights and choices you have. It applies to every visitor, registered customer and Telegram bot user of our service.

2. Information we collect

We collect only the data needed to run the store:

• Account data — your email address, a securely hashed password, email-verification codes, and your name, profile picture and Google account ID if you choose Google sign-in.
• Telegram data — your Telegram user ID, username and first name, only if you link your Telegram account or sign in through the ELITEXBOT bot.
• Order data — the products you purchase, quantities, prices, order IDs, order status, delivery timestamps and warranty periods.
• Payment references — the payment method you select, the transaction ID / hash, network (for example USDT BEP-20 or TRC-20), the sending wallet address or bank reference you submit, and the amount received. Card payments are handled entirely by our payment processor; we never receive, see or store your full card number, CVV or bank login details.
• Wallet data — your store wallet balance, top-up requests and their approval status, and a ledger of wallet transactions.
• Support data — the content of support tickets, refund and replacement requests, and any messages or screenshots you send us.
• Technical data — IP address, browser and device type, timestamps, and error/security logs generated automatically when you use the site.

We do not collect special-category data (health, biometrics, political or religious beliefs) and we do not knowingly collect any data from children under 16.

3. How and why we use your information

• To create your account, authenticate you and keep your session secure.
• To send email verification codes and password-reset codes.
• To process your order, verify your payment and deliver purchased credentials.
• To maintain your order history, wallet balance and warranty records.
• To send service notifications about your orders, deliveries, wallet top-ups and support tickets.
• To answer support, refund and replacement requests.
• To detect, prevent and investigate fraud, duplicate or reused transaction IDs, abuse of our warranty, and other misuse of the service.
• To comply with legal, accounting and tax obligations.

Our legal bases are: performance of a contract (delivering the products you ordered), legitimate interests (fraud prevention, security, improving the service), consent (where you voluntarily link Telegram or opt into optional messages) and legal obligation (record-keeping).

We do not use your data for automated decision-making with legal effects, and we do not send marketing email unless you explicitly ask for it.

4. Sharing and disclosure

We never sell, rent or trade your personal data. We share the minimum necessary data with the service providers that make the store work:

• Our cloud hosting, database and authentication provider (account and order data).
• Our transactional email provider (your email address and message content).
• Our payment processors for card and cryptocurrency payments (payment amount and reference only).
• Telegram, when you use the ELITEXBOT bot for login, order updates or notifications.
• Law enforcement or regulators, where we are legally required to disclose information.

These providers act on our instructions and are bound to protect your data. Some of them operate outside your country, so your data may be transferred internationally and stored on servers in other jurisdictions, always under appropriate contractual safeguards.

5. Google sign-in and Google user data

If you choose "Continue with Google" we request only three scopes: openid, userinfo.email and userinfo.profile. From these we receive your email address, basic profile information (name and profile picture) and your Google account ID.

We use this information for one purpose only: to create and authenticate your ELITE TOOLS STORE account and to show your name in your dashboard. We do not read your Gmail, Drive, Contacts, Calendar or any other Google service. We do not transfer Google user data to third parties except our hosting and authentication provider, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not use it to train any AI or machine-learning model. Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. You can revoke our access at any time in your Google Account security settings, and you can ask us to delete the stored copy by emailing support@elitetoolz.store.

6. Cookies and local storage

We use strictly necessary cookies and browser local storage to keep you signed in, to remember your cart and the page you were on before signing in, and to protect against fraudulent requests. We do not use advertising cookies, cross-site trackers or third-party analytics profiling. Clearing your browser storage will sign you out but will not delete your account.

7. Data retention

Account, order, wallet and payment-reference records are kept for as long as your account is open, and for up to 5 years afterwards where needed for accounting, tax, warranty or fraud-prevention purposes. Support tickets are kept for 2 years. Security and technical logs are kept for up to 12 months. Delivered credentials remain visible in your dashboard until the order is deleted or your account is closed. When a retention period ends the data is deleted or irreversibly anonymised.

8. Your rights and choices

• Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Correction — ask us to fix inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Deletion — ask us to delete your account and associated data (subject to legal retention duties).
• Restriction and objection — ask us to limit or stop certain processing.
• Portability — receive your data in a common machine-readable format.
• Withdraw consent — unlink Telegram or revoke Google access at any time.

To exercise any right, email support@elitetoolz.store from the address registered on your account. We respond within 30 days. If you believe we have mishandled your data you may also complain to your local data-protection authority.

9. How to delete your account

Send an email titled "Delete my account" to support@elitetoolz.store from your registered email address, or open a ticket on our support page. We verify ownership, then remove your profile, delivered credentials, wallet records and support history within 30 days, keeping only the minimal financial records the law requires.

10. Security

Data is stored on access-controlled infrastructure, encrypted in transit with HTTPS/TLS and at rest by our hosting provider. Passwords are stored only as salted hashes. Row-level database rules ensure delivered credentials and order details are readable only by the account that purchased them and by authorised staff handling your support request. Administrative access is limited and logged. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so please use a strong unique password and keep your login details private.

11. Children's privacy

Our service is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the service evolves. The "Last updated" date at the top always shows the current revision, and material changes will be announced on the site or by email. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy.
