Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By using https://elitetoolz.store or the ELITEXBOT Telegram bot you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the store.

2. Accounts

You must provide a valid email address and keep your login details private. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

3. Orders and payment

• Prices are shown in USD and may change at any time before an order is placed.
• We accept USDT (BEP-20 and TRC-20), Binance Pay, bank transfer and card payments where available.
• Crypto and bank payments are verified before delivery. Submit the correct transaction ID or reference; a reused or partial payment may delay your order.
• Partial payments are credited to your store wallet balance.

4. Delivery

Credentials are delivered inside your account dashboard once payment is confirmed. In stock items are usually instant; pre-orders and activation-based products (for example Canva or Surfshark) are delivered after processing.

5. Warranty, refunds and replacements

• Each product lists its own warranty period on the product page.
• If a delivered account stops working within the warranty period we will replace it.
• Refund or replacement requests must be opened from the support page with your order ID and a reason.
• No refund is given where the account was changed, shared, resold, or the password was altered by the buyer.

6. Acceptable use

Do not resell, share or abuse delivered credentials, attempt to defraud the payment verification system, or use the store for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend accounts that break these rules without refund.

7. Availability and liability

The store is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect losses, and our maximum liability for any order is the amount you paid for that order.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest revision; continued use means you accept the updated terms.
